The experience

Built for the ride, the match, and the city.

01 / Exterior

Black & gold energy.

A bold World Cup & Los Angeles inspired exterior wrap designed to turn the bus into a moving landmark across the city.

02 / Interior

Luxury fan lounge.

Premium lighting, elevated finishes, and watch-party details transform the interior into a high-end fan lounge built for the World Cup moment.

03 / Community

Fans first.

Created to bring people together through soccer, culture, transportation, and the shared energy of Los Angeles.

Why this bus matters.

The World Cup is bigger than the game. It is movement, culture, pride, and connection. This bus was built to make the road to the fan zone feel like a premium part of the event.

A collaboration made in LA.

The LA County Justice, Care and Opportunities Department, West Coast Customs, and Metro Los Angeles joined forces to create four custom-designed buses for Angelenos and visitors from around the world to enjoy during the World Cup. Together, the buses pay homage to Los Angeles County while showcasing WCC creativity, JCOD workforce opportunity, and Metro’s accessible, low-cost mobility across the city.

Metro Los Angeles Transit, access, and the fan journey across LA.

Opportunity behind the build

Built by talent. Powered by second chances.

This collaboration is especially meaningful because five former participants of JCOD’s SECTOR career training program, now employed by West Coast Customs, were part of the team that helped build and customize these buses.

Their work reflects the power of second chances and the impact of investing in career pathways for justice-impacted individuals.

JCOD x WCC Academy

JCOD students and the West Coast Customs Academy helped bring this project to life. The buses would not have been possible without their talent, discipline, and hands-on contribution to the build.

2,200+ Justice-impacted individuals have participated in SECTOR workforce training
77% Completed training through the program
95% Did not recidivate after two years

Through this partnership, JCOD is proud to showcase how justice-impacted individuals are contributing their talents, skills, and expertise to projects that strengthen communities and help build a safer, more equitable Los Angeles County.
